無心 (mushin)

無心 mushin, « without thinking », is a Japanese expression describing an attitude during a practice where body and soul resolve their contradictions in a single moment. Everything becomes simple, clear, in a flow of moves, fast and light, without any cumbersome thinking – without me. These pictures exist.
